Transfers from airport: AFTER collecting luggage and
clearing customs, call Airparks using courtesy phone on red
pillar in arrivals hall.
Actual timings of transfers: Transfers operate 24 hrs,
journey time approx 5 mins, dependant on traffic. See
directions - recommended check in times.
Security Measures: Fenced & floodlit site , with 24
hour patrols & CCTV. Holders of the Secure Car parks award
from the ACPO.
Other services provided: Assistance with jump starts
and tyre inflation.
Transfer Frequency: 24 hour service operates regularly
at peak times. Transfers take approximately15 minutes
depending on traffic.
Arrival Procedure: Report to Cardiff Airlodge reception
and check-in. Customers then park car in the arrivals area at
the rear of the hotel.
Departure Procedure: Having returned to the car park on
the pre arranged transfer your car will be waiting in the
departure area.
